After purchasing, you’ll receive:

Canva IS REQUIRED to edit and use some elements in some template

**A tutorial/instructions on How to edit is NOT included. Please ensure you are familiar with compatible design software prior to purchasing**

HOW TO ACCESS YOUR FILES → Once payment is complete, a link to download the purchased files will be provided on the page.

HOW IT WORKS

1. After purchasing this listing, you’ll access the template link via a clickable PDF document.

2. Sign up for your Canva account.

3. Make a copy of the design and start editing the template

4. Once you are done editing save and download your preferred format PNG, JPEG or PDFs. ——————————————- WHAT CAN BE EDITED •

You can edit text, change font, font size, colors and placement or delete them completely. • Edit your photos (cut, resize etc.) in Canva, no additional software required. • Insert new design elements. • Insert and arrange as many photos as you want. • Create and personalize additional pages.

Download Instructions: After completing your purchase, your files will be available for download.

Digital File Types:

Single SVG digital file- Our single files should appear as a single digital file download- ready to be used in a design program that accepts SVG formatted files such as Cricut and Silhouette.

SVG Bundles- due to the size of most of our bundle folders, you won’t receive an actual download pop-up right away. Instead, you’ll receive a text document popup with a link to copy and paste into your web browser. This will take you directly to the download folder, and from there you can download it on your desktop or laptop and then upload it into cutter software

**Some of our bundles include digital files plus a complimentary mock-up to use for advertising**

PNG- Our PNG files should pop up as single downloads or text documents with a download link

for bundles. PNG files are NOT the same as SVG files and are mostly used for print, cut, and sublimation

Photoshop Templates- (.PSD) Our Photoshop templates can ONLY be edited in Photoshop, (sometimes they also work in Affinity but we are unable to confirm).

Print-Ready files - are digital files prepared according to specific printing standards, ensuring they can be printed without requiring further adjustments or modifications by the printer. These files are optimized for high-quality and typically include elements like bleed, crop marks, and correct color profiles.

Canva Templates- can be edited in CANVA, membership may be required

Please ensure you fully understand the format of the file you are purchasing and also that you have the necessary programs to use the files.

Please note the day an order is placed is not day 1 of processing time the next business day would be day 1 of processing time. Some items may process sooner than 7 days and during holidays processing time may be longer please bear with us during these busy times.

Standard Time - (7-15 Days) Excluding Weekends

Rush Orders - (3-5 Days) 15%

Same Day Orders - (If Approved) 25%

We use glidan, jerzees, bella+canvas, silky t-shirts. Sometimes our distributor may be out of stock of a certain shirt so we will use a substitute that is very similar. 

We use vinyl, sublimation, and direct to garment. We will select the best method for your order based on the garment and quaintly choosing.

We do not take any outside apparel.

Quality and Consistency- to ensure consistent color, texture, and fit, we source garments that meet our strict specifications. Relying on customer-provided apparel can introduce variability that affects the final result.

Fabric and Print Compatibility - Not all fabrics or apparel constructions are suitable for the customization process (printing, embroidery, heat transfer, etc.) Sourcing our own stock guarantees compatibility and durability.
