    📦 Shipping Policy

    All orders are processed within 3–15 business days, excluding weekends, holidays, and graduation season. Processing time does not include shipping time.

    • We are not responsible for shipping delays or packages returned due to incorrect addresses. Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.
    • If a package is delivered incorrectly (customer or carrier error), a claim must be filed with USPS or FedEx.
    • For lost or damaged packages, claims must also be filed with the shipping carrier.

    Shipping Methods

    • Standard Flat Rate (USPS Priority Mail): 2–5 business days after processing
    • Priority Mail: 2–3 business days after processing

    📦 Physical Item Returns

    • Custom items: Non-refundable
    • All sales are final unless otherwise approved

    If a return is approved:

    • Item must be returned within 7 business days
    • Items will be inspected before a refund is issued
    • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

    📸 Photo Requirements:
    High-quality images are required

    📦 Bulk Orders

    Orders of 10+ items require:

    • 2–3 weeks processing time
    • May be completed sooner depending on order volume

    👕 Apparel Policy

    • Next-day shirts: +$5 rush fee
    • All items are custom-made

    Minor variations in color, placement, and sizing may occur.
    Colors may slightly vary due to screen settings and lighting.

    ❌ No cancellations once design is approved and production begins

    Care Instructions

    • Machine wash cold (inside out)
    • Do not bleach or use softeners
    • Tumble dry low or hang dry
    • Do not dry clean

    🎈 Rental Policy

    • Orders placed 7 days or less before event:
      → 20% rush fee or $50 (whichever is greater)
    • Late Returns: Full rental rate charged per additional day (1-day grace period)
    • Missed Delivery/Pickup Access:
      → Additional fee = 50% of delivery cost

    🎓 Graduation Season Policy

    Due to high demand:

    • Orders must be placed at least 2 weeks in advance
    • No 1-week or last-minute bookings accepted

    • No payment = No order
    • No items can be added once order is started
    • Once design is approved, no further changes allowed

    📧 A mockup will be sent via email after purchase

    • You have 72 hours to approve or request changes
    • If no response is received, order will be processed as-is

    ✔ Includes 2 free revisions
    ➕ Additional revisions: $15 per change

    🚚 Delivery & Pickup

    • Orders ship within 7–15 days after processing
    • Local delivery available (via Uber – customer must be present)
    • Pickup available in Dravosburg, PA

    🚫 Usage & Ownership

    MorCelebrations strictly prohibits:

    • Reselling
    • Sharing
    • Redistributing any designs or templates

    We retain full ownership of all products across:

    • Etsy
    • Website
    • Any selling platform
