    Saturday: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM (EST)
    Sunday: Closed

    📌 Messages received outside business hours will be responded to on the next business day.

    🔁 REFUND POLICY

    At MorCelebrations, all items are custom-made and personalized specifically for each customer. Due to the nature of our products, we have the following refund policy in place:

    ✔ No payment = No order
    ✔ Once an order is started, no additional items can be added

    ❌ NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

    All sales are final on:

    Custom designs
    Personalized items
    Digital products
    Printed materials
    ✅ EXCEPTIONS (IF APPLICABLE)

    We will only offer a replacement or store credit if:

    You receive the wrong item
    There is a printing error caused by us

    📌 Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

    Clear photos of the issue
    Order details
    🚫 NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS

    Customer spelling errors or incorrect information submitted

    ✔ All designs, templates, and images remain the property of MorCelebrations

    Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

    🎨 DESIGN POLICY

    At MorCelebrations, we take pride in creating custom designs tailored to your vision.

    ✨ DESIGN PROCESS

    ✔ All designs are customized based on the information provided
    ✔ A preview/mockup will be sent to your email
    ✔ You must review and approve within 72 hours

    📌 If no response is received within 72 hours:
    ➡️ Your order will be processed and shipped as-is

    📝 CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

    Customers must:

    Submit accurate names, dates, and details
    Carefully review proofs before approval

    📌 Once approved, we are not responsible for errors, no further changes can be made

    🔁 REVISIONS

    Standard packages include 1–2 revisions
    Additional revisions: $15 per edit

    ⏱️ TURNAROUND TIME

    Standard: 3–15 business days

    Graduation season & holidays: 14–21 business days

    Rush orders (2–3 days): +15% fee

    Same-day orders (if approved): +25% fee

    🎨 DESIGN RIGHTS

    All designs remain property of MorCelebrations
    We reserve the right to use designs for marketing and promotional purposes

    📦 SHIPPING POLICY

    We strive to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

    Orders are processed within 3–15 business days
    This does not include shipping time

    We primarily ship via:

    UPS
    USPS
    FedEx

    Estimated Delivery Times (after processing):

    Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
    Priority Shipping: 2–3 business days

    Lost or stolen packages after delivery

    If a package is returned due to incorrect address:

    Customer must pay for reshipping fees

    ✔ Local pickup available in Dravosburg, PA
    ✔ Same-day delivery available via Uber (customer must be present)
