Shipping
All orders are processed within 7-15 business days, with the exception of weekends, graduation season, and holidays. This does NOT include the shipping time, as that can vary.

I am not responsible for any shipping delays or items returned because of wrong address. Please make sure the address is correct on file.

Should your package be delivered to an incorrect address due to an error on your part or by the postal service, a complaint must be filed with USPS or Fedex. For lost or damaged packages, filing a complaint with USPS or fedex is necessary. We value open communication, so please feel free to message us with any questions or concerns.

STANDARD FLAT RATE SHIPPING- PRIORITY MAIL
USPS is our current shipping carrier and the shipping delivery timespan will rely solely on them. Estimated deliveries for Standard Flat Rate could vary between 2-5 business days after processing. Please be sure to check the tracking number for updates.

        Priority Mail can vary from 2-3 business days after processing.

PLEASE NOTE that as postage continuously increases each year, we will also make minor increases to help offset the differences in cost. We appreciate your understanding.

𝐏𝐡𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐈𝐭𝐞𝐦 𝐑𝐞𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐬:
Any custom orders are non-refundable because MorCelebrations cannot resell those items.For shipped physical items, sales are considered final as well. However, if a refund is deemed appropriate, the item must be returned within 7 business days for inspection. Once inspected, a refund will be issued. Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

         Please note that high-quality, high-resolution photos are best.

        **TAKING A PICTURE OF A PICTURE WILL NOT WORK. NO SCREENSHOTS PLEASE!**

All sales of custom boxes and party favors are final. In the event that your box doesn't arrive by the due date, please message us promptly MorCelebrations@gmail.com. Bulk Orders

T-Shirt:
Next day shirts or prints will incur an extra $5.00 fee

All of our shirts are custom-made to order. Minor variations in design placement, color, or sizing may occur due to the handmade process. Please note that actual product colors may differ slightly from photos, due to screen settings and lighting.

Once a design is approved and production has started cancellation will not be accepted.

Bulk Orders

Care Instructions
Machine wash cold. Wash inside out with like colors. Do not use softeners. Do not bleach. Cool iron, do not dry clean, tumble dry low. For even extra care, machine wash and hang dry.

Rental Policies
Rush orders, Rental orders placed 7 days or less prior to event date are subject to a 20% rush order fee or $50, whichever is greater.

Late fees; the full rental rate for each item not returned for each additional day with a one-day grace period.

If delivery and/or pickup attempt is made within the allotted time but we are unable to access the venue or an onsite contact, additional delivery fees equal to 50% of your delivery fee will be assessed in cases where we need to return for a 2nd delivery/pickup.

Please order at least 2 weeks in advance due to high demand during graduation season. We will not accept 1-week last-minute graduation bookings. Any bookings later than 2 weeks will NOT be accepted. 

𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐫:
Once an order is started no additional items can be added. No payment no order. Once you confirm your design MorCelebrations will not approve any further changes to your design please make sure you choose the correct design.

MorCelebrations will send a preview of your design to the email address that you registered with once you place your order. We will send a mock-up for your review. Approval and change requests will need to be submitted within 72 hours of your design being sent. If no response is received the order will be shipped as is.

We accept 2 design changes; more than 2 changes will require a $15.00 design fee per change. All orders are shipped via UPS and will ship within 7-15 days of processing. Local same day delivery is available through Uber customer must be present and pick-up is available in Dravosburg only.
