Cancellation Policy

When booking an installation or service for an event with MorCelebrations, the following document serves as a reference to the Terms & Conditions. MorCelebrations highly recommends that all installations be scheduled at minimum, 30 days, however, we will accept installation dates as early as 3 weeks prior to the date of your event. Your event is not officially booked, with the date reserved for your installation, until the entire balance of the booking service and the Terms & Conditions are received by MorCelebrations. There will be a due date for payments on both the deposit due immediately and the final payment before the date of installation. Final payments must be made 7 days before the event with no exceptions. 50% of all deposits will be charged for cancellation fee and 50% will be returned to the client if correct cancellation or rescheduling processor is followed. We understand life happens if for any reason final payment cannot be made. Email or call us immediately.
