To provide a seamless and hassle-free setup on the day of your event, we kindly ask that you check into your hotel room before we arrive, as we do not handle or book accommodations on your behalf. This small step is crucial in allowing us to efficiently organize and prepare everything for a flawless presentation. For optimal arrangements and to guarantee the availability of our services, we highly recommend making your reservation at least two weeks in advance. This timeframe ensures that we have ample opportunity to prepare all of the special touches that will make your event unique. Please note, for those in need of last-minute bookings, there will be an additional fee of $100 to accommodate the expedited requests, allowing us to still deliver the high-quality service you expect. Cancellation Policy
BOOKING We do require booking at least two weeks in advance. We will not accept 1-week last-minute bookings. Any bookings later than 2 weeks will NOT be accepted. REFUNDS There will be absolutely NO REFUNDS. We assure you every effort in decorating for your event will be created to the best of our ability. It is to our highest standard to provide excellent services. You will receive an invoice in the email that you provided. Your invoice will show everything for which you are charged. Please read your invoice. Your invoice is important. The invoice will break down everything you have requested and what you are being charged for that way there will be no confusion on prices. YOU MUST CHECK INTO THE HOTEL BEFORE WE SET UP. WE DO NOT BOOK HOTEL ROOMS FOR CLIENTS. BOOKINGS MUST BE AT LEAST 2 WEEKS IN ADVANCE.
